Even though it was lighter than what appears online I liked the style of the product enough to keep it. The reason for the low rating is that the freshness seal ring was missing on one of the canisters and the manufacture wanted the entire set back at my expense, which was too much trouble. I searched a long time for this type of style and once I ordered it, I had to cancel from 2 different sellers because both stated that the product arrived to them damaged and they couldn't replace it right away. After going through the hassle of ordering this product 3 times, then still having an unresolved issue depletes my ability to recommend it and speaks negatively of the overall quality, value and time involved for the price paid.

It is the color I was loking for.....but the large and medium size did not have a finishing to the inside, had to scrob as much of the black residue out, so I have to put plastis bags in them before I put the contents in them. the two smaller ones has a very smooth finishing interior in them and are perfect. Some of the lids are hard to get off.

I found the design of the cannisters intriguing. They are a rich, warm brown that went perfectly with my kitchen sink and when put close to them highlight a dark void on my kitchen cabinets. The cons are they arrived and around the tops were scratches and paint flaws that aren't too noticeable when viewing from their sitting position, but when you look at them up close, you can see the imperfections. I didn't want to go to the trouble of sending them back so I'm keeping them. Their quality control could have caught this and never sent this set out to a unsuspecting buyer.
