SMART DESIGN
Everything is made of aluminum alloy. I would say it's a sturdy construction. The rifle scope lenses are real glass . Very clear view . Has 5 level of green and red illumination. Perfect contrast even in a very bright light . The same with the holographic sight. The railing on the scope is awesome idea. Staff can be attached on the top and the both left and right side. That design gives the ability to sight the scope for a very long range shooting - 200 - 300 yards and use the holographic sight for short rang shooting - up to 100 yards. The laser is perfect for fast aim up to 50-60 yards. Unfortunately the laser is piece of junk. First of all doesn't mount properly. Can be fixed with spacers. Has also issues with the switch. Easy to site in. So far performs like the more expensive scopes. I mounted the holographic site on the side not the top. Its rotated 90 degrees, you loose some horizontal view but this set up works really well for switching between the powered scope and holographic site. Been out shooting with it 2 times maybe 100 rounds. Can't speak for long term durability but I would consider buying more of these if they don't last long. All sites easy to set. Great scope for the money!
After receiving the scope, I realized it was larger than I thought. The holographic site is easy to use and to site in. It has very clear optics's. the laser is easy to sight in as well. Placing the scope on my AR was very easy. It looks big on top of it. Sighting it is was easy and only took about 30 min. The optics are very clear, even zooming in they remained clear. The 12x zoom is great when you are reaching out. This is definitely worth the money. After receiving the scope, I realized it was larger than I thought. I just wanted to get an entry-level optic and when I saw this on Amazon I was intrigued by the reviews and the price. Then I started looking around and realize that there are other companies that manufacture or at least put their name on these. This was one of the most inexpensive on top of free shipping to Hawaii which made me happy. I have tried it with the scope and the red. And it does add some weight but you just have to work with it. It is definitely worth the money. If you plan on going into combat I would definitely recommend something a little sturdier to depend your life on. But just for planking around and practice this is definitely worth the money right now I have it set up with just the red.
