The LG G7 phone is about 50 steps backwards in terms of quality and function of use (compared to the G4 and G5 before it). Issues that should have been remedied on the later versions of the G6 & G7 weren't and things that used to work really well on the G4 and G5 no longer existed on the G7. I recently upgraded my phone because my G5 was just not functioning; everything was maxed out, as far as as much information as it could handle (and I had all my stuff backed up on MicroSD card, to boot). I'm seriously thinking of wiping this phone, boxing it up and then selling it and buying a Samsung. I think I'm done with LG. I originally got them because they had the superior cameraS, but I've had more problems with them as Android phones than any other phone I've ever owned. And I was a customer of theirs for a long time. I think those days are over now. Also the fact that I bought this product from what I imagined to be a Chinese importer, there are functions in the phone that don't work right - like my data plan that I have with Verizon is really patchy, and when I talked to their customer service, they didn't recognize the IEM number, which made me think that the phone had some issues because it came from China (even though it was new and sealed in the box). Anyway I think it's time to move on.Read full review

It was a good phone even better than I expected. Everything worked good and I don't have issue with so far. It was like a new phone.
