used twice and it worked fairly well. went to use it a third time and it was bricked. not indicative of the hitachi brand. these are either refurbs or clones. price seemed to good to be true. guess it wasnt.

This is a very cheap imitation of the original Hitachi Magic Wand. Much weaker motor. Poor quality massager head. I will be returning mine.

Unless you want a cord.
I ordered a cordless item. When it arrived it was corded. The supplier refused to acknowledge that they were misleading with this product, and still won’t. I strongly recommend that you choose someone else to be your supplier.
