It is a good condition considering that it is close to twenty years old. It come will all the peripherals that you will need for car use. The compact form factor will allow you to use it almost anywhere in an vehicle. It comes with suction cups that allows you to stick it to a window. That is something that I have not seen in other receivers that I own. The buttons are arranged differently from other receivers that came later so you will need to learn how to use them. The power adapter will not work with Sirius and XM radios that came later. These receivers are no longer made and most vehicles have satellite tuners included, so this perfect for an older vehicle or use at a cottage during the summer.

This thing is XACT XTR3 is beyond awesome, a very overlooked device compared to the larger versions. FM signal is excellent, display is a classic dot matrix scrolling, remote control is good and the accessories are good quality was well. Sure it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles the others have, but it is also compact and easy to use. What more can you ask for?

Works great, has a strong FM signal. Unit requires no wiring into the car radio. Fits very nicely on the front windshield next to the rear view mirror. Antenna is roof mounted with lead wire tucked under the exterior rubber weather seal, under the door weather seal and under the headliner to the receiver. Needed to add wire length to the cigarette lighter power adapter so I could hide all of the wiring.
