I love HTC phones and I really like this one. The sapphire-blue is very pretty. The only problem I have is that I can't download my pictures. I could with all the other HTC's I've had. There doesn't seem to be an app for the U11 Life. So I am still trying to figure out how to get the pictures to my computer. I haven't even been able to send them as an email yet. I'm sure that is how it will have to be done but it's getting a bit complicated. And the main reason I like HTC's is the picture quality

This is probably the worst outdated phone I have bought in a long time very disappointed short battery life charger keep saying slow charge so cord it's no good had to buy a new one still says it when charging when using Maps keeps saying lost connection and goes offline when I have unlimited data plan just very disappointed in this purchase

After five days of use, it die on me with full battery, and I google on how to restart the phone and it did by holding the power and volume - until vibrate, and finally restart . we will see what happen in the next few days.
